Braving the Weather for Sneakers: Last night at Niketown a couple hundred sneaker enthusiasts, aka Sneakerheads, braved the rain for the Nike and Sole Collector Magazine sneaker collection competition.

While some collections were impressive, what most people were lined up for was a chance to purchase three limited edition sneakers. The man at the front of the line was waiting since Monday!

Perhaps the most amusing thing we spotted though was two children with shoes in hand and parents in tow, with the parents carrying chairs that the family waited in line with. Now that's family bonding.

Also amusing was one sneaker fiend who wore one pair that he was willing to get wet during the rainy weather and changed once he got inside the store.
